Grown at elevations up to 2,800 feet on Upper Galilee's limestone, flint, terra rossa, and basalt soils, Galil Mountain's Yiron is a bright, vibrant expression of Sauvignon Blanc shaped by mountain terroir. Light green in color with aromas of tropical fruit, white peach, and refined herbs, it balances pleasant acidity and velvety texture with a burst of tropical and herbaceous flavors.
