VINEYARDThe 2021 Mirabai Pinot Noir was all sourced from the Dundee Hills AVA - 70% Weber Vineyard Pommard vines that are own rooted and planted in 1983 and 30% Maresh Vineyard Pommard vines that are own rooted and planted between 1978-1991.SOILRed volcanic and alluvial soilsVITICULTUREFarmed using organis and biodynamic practicesVINIFICATIONThe two lots were fermented using all native yeats and about 30% whole clusters in small 1 -1.5 ton lots for 12-20 days. All cap management is manual and no pumpovers are employed. The wines are pressed at dryness, settled and put to barrel for native, malolactic fermentation.AGINGAged in neutral, French oak barrels for 10 months
