"Fragrant and inviting. Senescent red fruit – but still so much fruit – and a light floral note, roses and rose hips, such tangy sweetness. Leathery and dried cherries on the palate, firm but silky tannins. So gorgeously scented on the nose and palate and just a little bit of grip to the tannins. All in perfect harmony. Opens out to a hint of lavender. Incredibly long. Gorgeous."

It captures both greatness of site and singularity of producer, simply haunting in its exquisitely defined nuances of hazelnut, incense, sweet herbs, raspberry tea and truffles.
