Famiglia Anselma is properly old school. From their cellar in the village of Barolo they make around ten Barolos, each from a single commune or named vineyard, and they are serious about time: older vintages rest in their underground cellar, the 'Libreria Anselma', and are released years later. Classic, long-lived Nebbiolo for people who like their Barolo with a little bottle age already built in.
