Three producers in Arbois grow this grape. Melon à Queue Rouge—the melon with the red stalk—barely exists beyond Jura, and its identity remains debated (Chardonnay clone? Distinct variety?). Damien Petit's biodynamic version doesn't answer the question; it lives it. Textured, lifted, grounded in limestone, this wine tastes like place meeting mystery—aromatic yet mineral, utterly singular.
