Domaine du Bel Air has quietly been producing one of our favorite Loire Cabernet Francs, their glou glou entry level Bourgeuil bottling called Jour de Soif. It's a classic iteration of bistro Cab Franc, with lots of dark fruit and just a hint of the grape's typical notes of pepper and graphite. Best of all, the estate has been farming organically since 2000, putting them among the first to be certified in the Loire Valley.
