Montesissa Emilio works in the Colli Piacentini of Emilia-Romagna, focusing on traditional local varieties. Rosissima blends Barbera and Bonarda from estate vineyards on clay-limestone hills.

Vinified in stainless steel for purity, it is bottled frizzante in the classic local style. A fresh, lightly sparkling red, ideal for salumi and everyday Emilia-Romagna fare.
