The Ruet family has been making wine in Beaujolais for nearly a century, and Katy Ruet, the current winemaker, still employs many of the traditional techniques of the region—namely, hand-harvesting the grapes and using semi-carbonic maceration, to create wines with excellent minerality and length, and expression of fruit.
