Their Méthode Ancestrale Weisser Riesling is a playful, naturally sparkling take on the classic Riesling grape, bottled before fermentation finishes to capture the gentle bubbles and freshness of a pét-nat. The 2023 vintage highlights the grape’s aromatic charm and crisp structure, making for a wine that is as fun as it is nuanced.

Fresh lime, green apple, and jasmine aromas give way to a lightly textured palate with hints of honeyed stone fruit and flinty minerality.
