Peter-Allan and Andrew Finlayson are the third generation of cool-climate wine pioneers in Walker Bay, South Africa. Their father pioneered cool-climate farming in the area; the brothers have earned serious critical attention for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Hemel-en-Aarde valley. These wines prove South African fruit can rival Burgundy when someone who actually understands the terroir is making decisions. Not fashionable. Just genuinely good.
