One of the hardest tables to get in the West Village now comes in a bottle. Via Carota's White Negroni is the pale, sharper-edged cousin of the classic: same bittersweet architecture, but brighter and more citrus-driven, with an herbal bitterness that stays elegant instead of heavy. It's bottled ready to pour, which means no measuring, no stirring station, no six half-empty bottles on the counter. Pour it over one big cube, give it a quick stir to chill and open up, and finish with a wide twist of lemon or grapefruit. At 375ml you get a few proper cocktails — enough for a couple of people or a very well-organized evening alone.

Via Carota is one of the hardest tables to get in the West Village, and these bottled cocktails put its bar in your fridge. The brand comes from the restaurant's chef-owners, Rita Sodi and Jody Williams, both James Beard Award winners, and launched in 2023 with recipes worked out over several years at the restaurant.

The original line covers the classics in 375ml bottles: Negroni and White Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini and Espresso Martini. In 2024 a sparkling range followed in single-serve 200ml bottles, including a Spritz, Paloma and French 75.

There's nothing to measure or stir. Chill the bottle, pour over ice, and add a twist.
