PYCM’s “Baudines” 2022 comes from a Premier Cru parcel at Chassagne’s southern edge, near the Santenay border. Thin limestone soils and cool exposures yield high tension and minerality. Vines are farmed organically and harvested by hand.

The succulent but intense and overtly mineral-driven middleweight flavors possess good cut on the youthfully austere and sneaky long finale.
