PYCM’s “La Comme” is a rare white Premier Cru from Santenay, sourced from limestone-rich soils on the northern edge of the appellation. The 2022 vintage was organically farmed and hand-harvested from mature vines.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large-format oak with minimal new wood, then bottled unfiltered. It’s a precise, mineral-driven Chardonnay that reflects PYCM’s exacting style in a lesser-seen village.
