From one of Austria’s most meticulous distillers, Axberg Vodka is crafted by Hans Reisetbauer using estate-grown wheat and crystal-clear alpine water. More about Hans Reisetbauer

Hans Reisetbauer planted his first orchard in 1990 on his family's farm in Axberg, Austria, with one big ambition: to make world-class fruit spirits. His first still followed in 1994, and today the certified organic farm has around 17,000 Williams pear trees and 7,000 apple trees feeding a remarkable range of eaux-de-vie. He later turned estate-grown organic grain into Blue Gin, Axberg Vodka and single malt whisky. In 2019 the distillery was rebuilt as an energy self-sufficient facility with precision-controlled stills.
