Graziano Prà is a benchmark producer in Soave Classico, focusing on organically farmed Garganega from volcanic hillsides. Staforte comes from select older vines on mineral-rich basalt soils.

Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees, it gains texture and complexity while retaining precision. A concentrated, structured Soave that shows the depth of top hillside sites.

Southeast at 150 to 250 meters in elevation.
Soil
Volcanic soil.
Viticulture
Hand harvested. Practicing organic. Age of vines 30 to 40 years. This wine is made from a selection of the best grapes from their vineyards in the Monteforte d'Alpone zone.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel.
Aging
Aged in stainless steel for about six months on the lees with batonnage followed by another six months in steel and then a minimum three months in the bottle before release.
