Abbott Claim’s Pinot Noir comes from their estate vineyard in Oregon’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA, rooted in ancient marine sediment. Winemaker Alban Debeaulieu focuses on small-lot, precision farming.

Hand-harvested fruit sees native fermentation and aging in French oak, yielding a structured, elegant Pinot. A refined Willamette expression shaped by thoughtful hands and complex soils.

"This elegant expression of all the parts of the Abbott Claim Vineyard starts with a lovely, forward, floral-scented red fruit aroma. Fresh acidity and firm tannins are balanced by a supple, ripe character and enough extract to linger on the palate. It is a blend of both the north- and southfacing slopes of Savannah Ridge, where Abbott Claim is based. The most striking aspect is the elegance and finesse, with a finish that lingers due to a pleasantly bitter note at the end. Stylish and not at all overdone."
