Camí dels Xops, a méthode ancestrale (pét-nat) sparkling wine, is made from biodynamically farmed Xarel·lo, a grape that thrives in the region’s limestone soils. The 2023 vintage bursts with energy, offering a naturally fermented, unfiltered expression of Penedès’ raw beauty.

Lemon peel, green apple, and white flowers lead, with a gentle yeasty complexity from the ancestral method. The bubbles are fine and playful, carrying a saline, mineral streak that makes it endlessly refreshing.
