Atxa Vermouth Blanco is crafted in the Basque Country by the Acha family, distilling since 1831. This white vermouth starts with a base of Hondarrabi Zuri and Viura, infused with over 30 botanicals including gentian, wormwood, and citrus peel.

Lightly sweet and floral, it’s bottled at 15% ABV and made for aperitif service. A traditional Spanish blanco vermouth, perfect over ice or in cocktails like the Bamboo or Martini.

Destilerías Acha, founded in 1831 in Amurrio (50km from the sea), is one of the oldest businesses in continuous operation in the Basque Country. Gabriel Acha brought it back from neglect in 2002, and five generations later they're crafting vermouths and pacharán with traditional botanicals—wormwood, gentian, bitter orange—using natural ingredients only. The 'Atxa' brand pulls from centuries of recipes and patience. This is Spanish tradition that actually tastes like something real.
