Bordiga, Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, NV
is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Bordiga is one of Italy’s oldest vermouth producers, founded in 1888 in the Piedmontese Alps. Still using original recipes and hand-harvested botanicals from the surrounding mountains, Bordiga crafts vermouths that capture an authentic, vibrant sense of place.
Their Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry is built on a base of local Piedmontese white wines, infused with a delicate blend of alpine herbs, citrus peels, and spices. The result is a vermouth that is exceptionally clean and aromatic: fresh lemon zest, wild herbs, white flowers, and a brisk, bitter edge that keeps the palate alive.
Bone-dry but nuanced, it’s a dream for classic cocktails—especially Martinis—or simply served over ice with a lemon twist for a sharp, invigorating aperitif.
Pair with: oysters, salted almonds, light tapas, or a perfect Martini.
