Caroline Parent is the fourteenth generation of her family's Burgundy winemaking legacy, working from vineyards in both Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. This Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from a 2-hectare parcel planted with vines from 1957 and 2019, rooted in limestone and clay soils that express classic Burgundian terroir. The wine is aged for 12 months in equal parts neutral oak and vat, allowing the wine to develop elegance and finesse without overwhelming oak character. Caroline's style emphasizes typicity and the purity of Burgundy's mineral foundation—expect restrained power and age-worthiness from this foundational expression.
