A stunning Lebanese white from 1,000-meter elevation vineyards in the Bekaa Valley—aged 3 years in barrel plus 4 years in bottle before release, showcasing the estate's commitment to extended aging. Founded in 1930 by Gaston Hochar, Chateau Musar achieved international recognition at the 1979 Bristol Wine Fair. Now run by grandsons Gaston and Marc Hochar, the estate farms 180 hectares using organic methods (certified 2006, though no chemicals have been used since the 1960s). Natural fermentation with ambient yeasts, minimal sulfur, unfined and unfiltered.
