Cirillo Estate in the Barossa Valley is custodian of vines planted in 1848 — among the oldest producing Grenache in the world, basket-pruned in the family's old Calabrian style. 'The Vincent,' named for the family, is Cirillo's more approachable, everyday Grenache: bright, juicy, and joyful, drawn from younger (still old by anyone else's standard) Barossa vines. The 2024 is a fresh, fruit-forward release meant to be enjoyed now, ideally with a slight chill. A delicious, no-fuss introduction to one of the Barossa's most storied estates.
