Silice Rouge is 100% Mondeuse from steep, biodynamically farmed vineyards in Savoie. Sourced from organic parcels in Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy, it reflects alpine purity.

Whole-cluster fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral vessels, it’s fresh, spicy, and mineral. A precise, low-intervention take on a classic mountain grape.
