Domaine Gramenon was founded in 1978 by Philippe Laurent and his wife Michèle Aubéry-Laurent, and has been a pioneering force in natural winemaking in the Southern Rhône. After Philippe's passing in 1999, Michèle continued the work, and today her son Maxime has joined her in the cellars. The estate farms organically and biodynamically in Montbrison-sur-Lez, and "Poignée de Raisins" (handful of grapes) is their entry-level Grenache, made with carbonic maceration to emphasize bright, primary fruit. This is joyful, uncomplicated wine—pure Grenache with vibrant cherry and raspberry notes, meant to be drunk young and slightly cool. Perfect for summer evenings, picnics, or anytime you want wine that prioritizes pleasure over contemplation. One of the natural wine world's most beloved everyday bottles.
