Their Windward Chardonnay is sourced from the wind-swept slopes of the SLO (San Luis Obispo) Coast — with its cool-climate influence and marine-laced soils, this region produces Chardonnays that are more about freshness and minerality than opulence.

This is zippy, high-acid, high-intensity cool-climate Chardonnay. Full malolactic and neutral barrel fermentation rounds out the edges but preserves the vibrant fruit.
