Entelechia's 2020 Sekt is serious, New York State sparkling wine — it’s aged on the lees for depth, bottled with low sulfur, and crafted with the same patience you'd expect from serious grower Champagne.

The Riesling character is unmistakable: sharp citrus, green apple, and stony minerality, but here it’s wrapped in fine bubbles and a creamy mousse. There's tension from the acidity, a saline edge on the finish, and just enough texture to carry it well beyond the aperitif zone. It’s clean and focused, but not sterile—there’s personality underneath the polish.
