Fabien Coche—a descendant of the legendary Coche family of Meursault—has carved out his own identity making elegant, terroir-transparent wines from impeccably tended vineyards. His Aligoté Vieilles Vignes is sourced from old vines (often 60+ years) grown on limestone soils near Meursault, giving the wine structure and intensity far beyond the norm for the variety.

The 2023 vintage brings bright citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a clean thread of chalky minerality. It’s snappy and energetic on the palate, with just enough mid-palate texture and lees character to keep things interesting. There’s no new oak here—just freshness, purity, and quiet depth.
