Discover Galicia, the corner of northwest Spain that has captivated the wine world with its Atlantic-influenced wines made from grapes like Albariño and Mencía, rich history, and stunning natural beauty. Galician wine expert Noah Chichester will guide us through the region's rugged terroir, the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, and historic winemaking traditions that continue to thrive today.

Noah Chichester is a wine writer, educator, and author of winesofgalicia.com—the only English-language website dedicated to Galician wine. He created The Wines of Galicia after spending four years living in Spain immersing himself in Galician wine and culture. In addition to The Wines of Galicia, he has written for Jancis Robinson, Decanter, GuildSomm, SevenFifty Daily, and Fodor's. He lives in New York City and works for De Maison East.

The cost of this seminar is $30 and a $20 credit at the store will be extended to each guest for a future purchase. Seating is limited and special pricing on the featured wines will be made available only to attendees. We hope you can join us on the mezzanine at 6pm on Tuesday, October 1 for this special evening.

Focus On: Burgundy

Burgundy has long been the world's most famous wine region. But, underneath all the prestige, this region can be hard to get to know.

While Burgundy offers many great trophies from top producers in well-known villages like Vosne Romanee and Puligny Montrachet, it also offers excellent values to anyone willing to explore beyond the famous names. Our collection– one of the largest in the U.S. – has plenty of both!

From the very basics of Burgundy's regions and wines to the specific terroirs of individual single vineyards--
everything you need to know about Bourgogne is just a click away!
