Premier Cru Le Poissenot from Geantet-Pansiot, one of the estate's flagships, here in the warm and generous 2010 vintage. This upper-slope Gevrey cru is farmed without chemicals and made in the Geantets' powerful, fruit-driven style. The classically structured 2010 vintage gave reds of fine balance and freshness, and at this age the wine is moving into a lovely mature window with grip to spare. Drinking well now, it will continue to reward the cellar. Give it air before serving.
