Based in Aÿ—one of Champagne’s Grand Cru villages—Henri Goutorbe is a family-run grower estate known for traditional methods, Pinot Noir-driven blends, and long lees aging. Their Extra Brut NV is a more focused, mineral take on their house style, offering richness without excess and structure without austerity.

Pinot Noir leads the blend, bringing red fruit and a hint of toast, while Chardonnay adds citrus lift and tension.
