Mostly Carricante (Sicily's most noble white wine grape) with 10% Minella for its aromatics, this comes from a vineyard with a view of the ocean, and it offers a taste of the sea, with a touch of briny salinity. Beyond the salt, there are notes of lush apricot, lemon zest and toasted hazelnut. A dream of a wine that should be served cool, but not ice cold, and alongside any number of fish, poultry or vegetable dishes.
