100% Chardonnay from 2 adjoining plots located in the heart of Pierry. This is where deep Sparnacian clays meet Campanian chalk. This beautifully expresses the fleshiness and the tension of chardonnays from the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay. 100 % oak barrels. No fining or filtration. Aging under natural cork for 4 years (75CL) Dosage: 2,5 g/l.
