Joan Rubió continues to redefine what’s possible with Xarel·lo, and Tiques is one of his most distinctive expressions. Made from old, biodynamically farmed vines in Penedès, this wine sees extended lees aging, giving it extra depth and complexity while still keeping its signature freshness. The 2021 vintage is especially structured, offering a balance of richness and tension.

Golden apple, quince, and citrus peel lead, with hints of toasted almond, fennel, and a stony, saline edge. The palate is broad and textured yet vibrant, with bright acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
