The intellectual rigor of a biodynamic consulting guru—trained at École Polytechnique, eight years at Domaine Leflaive—applied to pure mineral expression. Antoine Lepetit sources only certified organic/biodynamic fruit, fermenting across multiple vessel types (barrels, foudres, amphorae) to avoid imposing a single winemaking signature. The Hautes Côtes terroir at 290-485 meters yields wines of greater elegance and mineral tension than lower slopes. The 2023 shows cut apple, green melon, and tea leaf with saline-mineral finish.
