Maximin Grünhaus, owned by the von Schubert family, is one of the great estates of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. The monopole estate includes three celebrated vineyards: Abtsberg, Herrenberg, and Bruderberg. Abtsberg is the crown jewel, a steep, blue-slate slope long prized for its finesse and longevity. The 2023 Kabinett is made from carefully selected Riesling, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled with a touch of residual sugar in the classic Mosel Kabinett style.
