Morgen Long is fully dedicated to Oregon Chardonnay, crafting site-driven wines with a sharp focus on structure and precision. This Eola-Amity Hills bottling comes from high-elevation vineyards where volcanic soils and Pacific winds shape a Chardonnay that’s both racy and deeply layered. The 2022 vintage highlights freshness and tension, making this a Chardonnay that’s as much about texture as it is about fruit.

Meyer lemon, green apple, and white peach lead, with hints of hazelnut, wet stone, and a subtle saline edge. The palate is sleek and tightly wound, with crisp acidity and a long, mineral finish that keeps pulling you back in. A perfect match for oysters, roasted chicken, or anything rich that needs a wine with serious lift. Elegant, precise, and one of Oregon’s top expressions of cool-climate Chardonnay.

More about Morgen Long

Seth Morgen Long is the first (and only) Oregon winemaker completely devoted to Willamette Valley Chardonnay. After 15 years in restaurants and a stint at Domaine de Montille in Burgundy, he started in 2014 buying small lots from old-school farmers. His focus on balance, acidity, and fruit development is monastic. The wine shows it.
