Olek Bondonio, a rising star in the Langhe, crafts Barbarescos that balance raw energy with elegance. His Starderi bottling comes from one of the region’s most renowned crus, known for producing some of Barbaresco’s most structured and long-lived wines. The 2021 vintage, marked by freshness and depth, highlights the vineyard’s signature combination of power and finesse.

Wild cherry, raspberry, and dried rose petals lead, followed by layers of anise, tobacco, and crushed stone. The tannins are firm but beautifully integrated, giving the wine a refined structure without overpowering its brightness. While expressive now with decanting, this Barbaresco will reward patience, unfolding gracefully over the next 10–20 years.
