A light, fruity Vinho Verde that still shows plenty of crisp minerality, this is still miles away from the typical Vinho Verde you see: it’s bone-dry, but has a bit of a spritz. We get notes of apple, lemon, pear and salt, and the wine is so fresh and racy it can be drunk on its own or with delicate fish, poultry or veggies. Ermizio uses both Loureiro (the most typical grape of Vinho Verde), but also Trajadura, or Treixadura, which imparts a creaminess and some tropical fruit flavors. Beat the heat with Vinho Verde!
