Soldaat is Sadie’s Grenache from high-altitude vineyards in the Piekenierskloof, planted on sandstone soils above 700 meters. The site’s cool air and poor soils give finesse and lift. Fermented with 30% whole clusters and aged in concrete, the 2024 is vibrant and structured without oak influence.

It’s among the most elegant wines in Sadie’s portfolio. Fine tannins and bright acidity promise age-worthiness, showcasing Grenache in a uniquely South African register.
