This Blanc de Blancs comes from Cramant, one of the most prized villages in the Côte des Blancs, known for its intensely mineral, structured Chardonnays. The 2019 vintage brings both energy and depth, making this a serious, age-worthy Champagne.

Lemon zest, green apple, and white peach lead, layered with crushed oyster shell, toasted almond, and a hint of brioche from extended lees aging. The palate is laser-focused, with racy acidity and a long, saline-driven finish that lingers with tension and finesse.
