"The 2019 Blanc de Noirs Charles Heintz Vineyard is rich and vinous in the glass. Varietal notes are beautifully amplified from start to finish. Plum, kirsch, white flowers, mint and exotic floral overtones all take shape nicely. The 2019 is texturally gorgeous. I find a touch of volatile acidity, but it is just a touch and well below what would be considered an issue. Here, that manifests in high-toned, lifted aromatics. "Disgorged in November 2023, the 2019 Blanc de Noirs Heintz Vineyard has slowly unfolding scents of apples, pie crust, spice and matchstick, and it becomes more expressive as it warms in the glass.
