Val d'Oca is one of the Veneto's longtime Prosecco names, and this Extra Dry bottling carries kosher certification (Orthodox Union and the Rabbinate of Padua) without cutting corners on style. Made entirely from Glera in the tank method, "Extra Dry" here means just off-dry, a touch rounder than Brut, which makes it an easy crowd-pleaser. Pour it as an aperitif, stretch it into a spritz, or keep it on hand for a celebration that needs to be kosher and still fun.
