Founded in 1920 by Victor Gros, now in its fourth generation under Cesar Perez Collado. The 10-hectare estate is located in L'Etoile, one of the Jura's smallest appellations. Farmed organically, with the vineyards located on steep slopes of clay and limestone at 300-350 meters elevation. Trousseau is the signature red grape of the Jura, and this comes from 0.7 hectares of vines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in neutral oak and concrete. The domaine is known for being one of the finest producers of traditional Jura wines including Vin Jaune and Macvin.
