Bush vines, but no bush league value. Viña Zorzal's Garnacha comes from 35-year-old ungrafted vines farmed organically in Navarra's Ribera Baja district. Fermented with whole clusters and wild yeasts in stainless steel, this unoaked expression lets pure Garnacha speak—transparent cherry and cranberry, barely a whisper of oak or new wood to hide behind. It's the kind of wine that shows you how good the vineyard is, not how clever the winemaker is.
