Michael Migliore and Yancey Stanforth-Migliore began in the Hudson Valley in 1979 and are now farming sustainably and turning out truly impressive wines. This Methode Champenoise sparkler is made from entirely state Chardonnay grapes. It spends five years on the lees and is completely dry.
