More about Noah's Mill

Noah's Mill is a small-batch bourbon from Willett, the Kentucky family company that operated for years as Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, bottling whiskey it bought from other distilleries. In 2012 it began distilling again on its refurbished plant and brought back the Willett Distillery name. Noah's Mill carries no age statement and is bottled at a hefty 57.15% ABV, about 114 proof. There's something honest about a bourbon that big and unvarnished.
