Noah's Mill has lived a second life. For years it was a sourced bourbon—a bit of mystery in the glass. But Willett Distillery, which owns it, actually restarted distilling in 2012, and now their own juice is slowly replacing the sourced stuff. At 57.15% ABV, hand-bottled, it's becoming the real deal. This is a brand in transition, moving from past tense to present, and there's something honest about watching a bourbon grow into its own name.
