The Boissons are Meursault stars who work in a restrained, Coche-Dury-like style, using at most 30% new oak because they prize subtlety over flash. This bottling comes from En Reugne, a 1er Cru lieu-dit in one of the cool corners of neighboring Auxey-Duresses, organically farmed like all their sites. It's white Burgundy that delivers premier-cru class without the Cote de Beaune sticker shock. The 2021 is fresh and precise, with the structure to reward a few years in the cellar.
