One of our favorite suppliers for sake, Champagne, domestic collectibles and more, VINTUS New York is a killer portfolio with an amazing team behind it. So we're very excited to announce our first-ever walkaround-style grand tasting with VINTUS New York! 

On Tuesday, September 16 from 5:30-7:30pm, the VINTUS New York team will be on the mezzanine presenting five tables of their most exciting wines from Champagne, Burgundy, Piedmont, Baden, Rioja, Beaujolais and more, as well as cider and sake.

Over 40 wines will be on offer and featured producers will include (a non-exhaustive list):

The cost of this tasting is $50 and a $20 credit at the store will be extended to each guest for a future purchase. Space is limited and special pricing on the featured wines will be made available to attendees only. Lunch with Anthony Lynch, and the wine that stole the show.

Anthony Lynch (son of legendary importer Kermit Lynch) came to New York last week and brought a few special bottles from their Berkeley cellar to lunch, including 2007 Vacqueyras Le Sang des Cailloux and Thierry Allemand’s 2005 Cornas Reynard. But the surprise winner with the food was a Corsican red, the 2020 Antoine Arena Patrimonio Rouge, "Morta Maio.”
