Château Lamothe de Haux has belonged to the same family for four generations, perched on a clay-limestone slope in the heart of Bordeaux. The Néel-Chombart family farms with biodiversity in mind — right down to the bee hotels in the vineyards — and their Bordeaux Blanc is a crowd-pleasing, well-priced white. It's a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and a generous slug of Muscadelle, un-oaked and bottled fresh to keep things lively and aromatic. Expect citrus, white flowers and a juicy, easygoing finish.
